Sum 41 is doing a show in the Netherlands! Im sooooo happy to find this out! Ive got a link for it but it's in dutch.

Few years ago I was dreaming about moving to Canada/US to see Sum 41 shows more often. What was I thinking?

A lot of fanbases are crazier overseas. I think the Sums need to do more promotion in Canada/USA though which would be more important but the band could care less about that as long as they have people to play to, their fans. I'm sure we'll get a proper tour after these Europe dates.

Haha, yeah, you would think. You should attend their next Canadian one! (Let's hope the fall..) That'd be something. There's not many Skumfuks who live in Ontario that post regularly here so it'd be cool for a TNS member to attend besides myself! (That is, if you were thinking Ontario! haha. Would be easier to attend their shows close to there.)

First of all, it's "couldn't care less". My brain screams every time I see that without the "n't". :silly:

Secondly, I doubt it's the band who decides where to go for touring and where to promote. It's the label/management and local promoters.

I wasn't implying that it was the bands decision at all.
And it also bothers me when people have small grammar errors too but I also said something to you, I guess you must have felt correcting my grammar error there was more important, haha.

Haha, not sure if I would fall into that "cool" category. I would love to visit Canada some day, but to travel there is in a slightly different prize range compared to Europe. But maybe in a few years. :silly:

But if there was a huge TNS meetup at a Sum 41 show somewhere, I'd be totally up for it!

Well, I do that. I started replying to someone I quoted first and then I pasted yours cause sometimes I mess up otherwise (Wasn't there a multi-quote option before?) and it's easier for me to just edit and reply to another in the same post. And I saw your reply after I was finished--which wasn't there but you were probably typing it up still by the time I was done typing my replies.

Ah, well, I would say Europe would be much better to visit but don't we all say that about where we live? haha. I know what you mean. By the way things are looking, the Sums could be back in Canada in a few years. Haha, just kidding. I'm sure they'll be around sooner.

I think we all talked about a TNS meet-up once. I think there are a lot of Europe users. I'm sure it could work for most here!

The fans are probably more dedicated because they've been so deprived of Sum 41 before the last five or six years. Their management must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for every last penny because they know the European shows will sell and it would be the only logical explanation as to why the band has been there for so long.
