i certainly hope skumfuk is in the final tracklist, though i also wouldn't be surprised if it is renamed to keep it from being so explicit (in terms of selling it in stores like target or best buy). also if you search sum 41 in that site, the post says "i've heard it and i like it @sum41."...

I won't drink until the new album comes out.

I'd listen to 1/2 leaked songs at the most, so not so much that it ruins the album for me before I get it, but just enough that it satisfies my curiosity, although if they leak within 2/3 weeks of the albums release, I wont bother.

I think they should've not said that they are going to release a surprise. Waiting for something that is promised is hard, when they could've just given a real surprise by not telling about the 12-min song or about the soundcheck, and then releasing it without notice. That would've been a pleasant ...
