Key Percussion Interview with Cone

Here's a quick interview Cone has done with Key Percussion.!sum-41/c10m1

Near the end of the interview we get small bits of information on the upcoming Sum 41 album. For those that have been keeping up to date this will not be that new to you.

Cone hints at the tone of the new album:
"This one will be pretty aggressive, hard rocking and in your face. Awesome riffs, catchy melodies, and fast beats. It's Sum 41."

He mentions two possible titles of songs, although it's likely they are just working titles. One of them you'll recognize if you managed to read the Noisey interview with Deryck.
"There's songs like 'Nightmare' and 'Goddamn I'm Dead Again'. I like those titles, but totally not sure they will be the final titles yet."

In case you missed the Alternative Press Music Awards on Wednesday you can catch Sum 41's energetic performance here:

There is no doubting the overwhelming feelings this performance brings, especially when Dave Brownsound takes the stage to play the solo to In Too Deep.

After the show Dave posts an Instagram photo stating "Yes yes y'all I'm back." It is unclear if he means he was back to play that show in particular or back in the band officially.

Regardless, the show brought much nostalgia and happiness to Sum 41 fans.
